Join us for an informal gathering at the very first Menopause Café in Stur!
A safe space to share experiences and increase awareness of the impact of menopause.
Come along for a cuppa and a chat!
Open to all ages and genders so all welcome. No agenda but lots of community spirit!
This event is your chance to connect with others who are experiencing or have experienced menopause (directly or indirectly) and all that brings.
You’ll have the opportunity to share your stories, ask questions and gain support from others who understand what you may be going through.
