Messy Museum Monday: Corn Dolly Workshop

11 August @ 11:00 am – 1:00 pm

Join Rebecca and Kitty, who are passionate about reviving this red-listed craft, and learn how to make your very own corn dolly – a wonderful and traditional way of celebrating the harvest. The workshop will be split into two hour-long sessions (11am-12pm and 12pm-1pm). Spaces are limited, so booking is essential. Admission: £5 to cover the cost of materials. Otherwise, entry to the museum is free for non-participants. Suitable for accompanied children (aged 7+ years) and adults. Please contact us to book your place.
