An original live music performance presenting John’s latest album “Notions” a brilliant cross genre body of work featuring the poetry of Seamous O’Rourke with traditional and modern instrumentation, as featured on the Mike Harding show. The very best in original contemporary folk music steeped in the Irish traditions of John’s ancestors, he will be joined by his Wife, Caz on Saxophone, and Son, Joe on Guitar and Banjo, all three seasoned performers, having toured extensively in the UK and Ireland, featured on Zoe Ball’s radio 2 show as well as the Mike Harding Folk Show, and even performed for the Queen at Buckingham Palace as part of a larger Irish ensemble on the occasion of the Irish President’s state visit.
