Choral Evensong

You are warmly invited to our monthly, cathedral-style service of Choral Evensong on Saturday 27th April at 4.30pm in St Peter’s Church, Dorchester. The music, which commemorates 100 years since the death of Charles Villiers Stanford, includes his ‘Beati quorum via’, ‘Magnificat and Nunc dimittis in G’ and ‘The Lord is my shepherd’ along with Brian Cotterill’s ‘Preces and responses in homage to Stanford’. Do join us for this free event and stay for a glass of wine after the service.
