Carers Rights event

You are invited to join the Blackmore Vale Partnership for a celebration of carers. We want to say a big thank you for all that you do!
Please come along to our afternoon Tea and board games lunch. We will have a selection of sandwiches, sides and delicious desserts. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate, Plus lots of board games to play whilst you eat. We will also have a variety of local organisations available for an informal chat to gain information and resources about your caring role. Plus, a mini health check with a member of our nursing team Please feel free to bring along your cared for person, a loved one or friend.We would love to see you all!
