Tisbury is buzzing with excitement as preparations are underway for the big Tisbury Village Fete, set to bring the community together for a fantastic day of entertainment, laughter, and local delights. Generously sponsored by local property agents Boatwrights, Coffee Angels, Tisbury Parish Council, Tisbury Football Club and Nadder Community Energy, the fete will take place on
Saturday, June 14th, from 12 PM to 5 PM at the Tisbury Football Club field.
Non-Stop Entertainment & Family Fun
This year’s fete is packed with attractions – including the wonderful Coles Funfair – designed to delight and excite the whole family. Attendees can look forward to classic family games, giant inflatable slides, exhilarating
three-legged and sack races, and the much-anticipated
Tisbury tug-of-war. The popular
dog show will return, inviting beloved canine companions and their owners to showcase their talents, while
live music and captivating
gymnastic and fitness displays will keep spirits high throughout the afternoon. Car enthusiasts will also enjoy a dazzling
classic car showcase.
Local Delights, Puzzles & Community Spirit
A diverse range of stalls will offer something for everyone, from
delicious treats and refreshing beverages to
unique plants and
home-grown veggies, local interest group displays, and an array of clothes, crafts, antiques, and novelty gifts – including a
world exclusive – the first edition of the
new St John’s East Window Jigsaw will be available for purchase. Connoisseurs will appreciate the selection of the
best local beer, wine, and spirits, not to mention Tisbury’s signature
cream teas and home-baked cakes.
