The health and fitness section is a very interesting and probably one of the most underrated sections in the BV.
Not only does this section have interesting articles it is also crammed full of great advice.
Not everyone want’s to go to a gym or run around the block. But this health and fitness section is not really about that, it’s far more in depth.
Yes we do have a regular column from Mel Mitchell a fitness instructor. And whilst Mel is full of great information and hints and tips to help you excercie better. She isn’t there to bash you over the head and make you feel bad because exercise isn’t your thing. Rather a calming vouce of guidance there if you need it.
But we also have a regular colunm from fabulous Laren Geary a Nutritional Therapist. She always has very interesting articles to help keep you fit and healthy from the inside.
And then there is mental wellbeing, a regular column from Dorset Mind to help you when you need it most. We all need a hand to hold from time to time!
