We are currently looking to recruit a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 1-2 years PQE to join our prestigious and highly successful Planning, Land Use and Environmental team based in our Yeovil office.
Dealing with private individuals, and businesses including property developers, you will cover a number of specialist areas. This will include planning applications and objections, planning appeals, pollution control, development plan representations, Section 106 agreements, tree preservation orders, Statutory and Private Nuisance, breach of condition notices, enforcement notices and environment prosecutions.
You will be fully supported as necessary by our property and litigation experts and will become an integral part of our leading Commercial Legal Services division.
