Melanie Audrey Illingworth
Passed away peacefully on Sunday 6th June.
Beloved Mum to Marc and Gemma, adored Nanny to Phoebe and Harvey, and sister to Trudy and Richard.
She will be very sadly missed by all her family and friends.
