BUILDINGS MANAGER/CLERK OF WORKS
Due to retirement, Wilton Estate, based outside Salisbury, is looking for a highly motivated individual with a background in construction and/or building surveying.
Experience in traditional and modern building techniques within the residential, commercial and agricultural sectors required.
Leading the Buildings and Maintenance Department, you will be responsible for all building maintenance matters as part of the Estate’s extensive property portfolio.
Competitive Salary dependent on experience. Must be IT literate and be able to prepare budgets etc.
