Are you helping someone who may otherwise struggle, due to ill mental or physical health or mobility problems, learning disabilities, old age or sensory loss?
Join our group to chat and make friends with with other people in a similar situation, find out what support is available and let us troubleshoot issues that you may be facing all over a cuppa and something nice.
Anxious to visit a new group alone or perhaps you are anxious to leave the person you care for alone? Bring them with you. They enjoy gentle mental and physical movement at a pace that is safe and fun with a trained instructor and volunteer whilst you chat.
