You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and removing temporary traffic management on low-speed roads; this could be in the form of road closures, temporary traffic lights or stop & go. You will be expected to take the lead driving best practice of Traffic Management operations for a fast-growing new department here at Wessex Internet.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Set up and close down temporary lights including 2way, 3way, 4way and UTC Multiphase System
- Stop and Go services
- Traffic Marshall responsibilities
- Support/lead lane closures for dual carriageways
- Complete relevant weekly paperwork including timesheets, vehicle checks etc
- Shift work and working outside in all weathers may be required
- Liaison with external Traffic Management companies
Full time: £28,000 – £35,000 DOE
Location: Site based, Dorset & surroundings
