You will be responsible for the supervision of direct labour civil teams undertaking blockage clearance,
chamber build and duct installation across PIA and new build environments. You will be expected to take the lead, driving delivery on site whilst ensuring compliance with company and legislative health and safety and quality standards.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Supervision and coordination of civil activities undertaken by the direct labour civils teams.
- Scheduling and allocating the workstack via Smartsheet and Render.
- Collaboratively committing to weekly THP targets alongside the Delivery Manager.
- Assist the Delivery Manager and Project Coordinator with resourcing and planning for project delivery.
- Ownership of work packs, works validation and site-specific planning in line with pre-construction.
Full time: £32,500 – £42,500 DOE
Location: Office / Field based near Blandford Forum
