Fancy something different for a day out? Grab your picnics, soak in the sun, and enjoy the brand new outdoor adaptation of ‘Wuthering Heights’.
Upon the brooding heath, an intoxicating obsession torments the moor. Witness a passion that goes beyond the grave…
At 2.30pm from 23rd-25th July, SISATA Theatre Company will be performing back at the company’s very birthplace…the Swanage Amphitheatre. As a special treat for their dearly-loved Swanage audience, all three shows will be FREE!
(Donations/pay what you can is warmly welcomed)
Audiences can enjoy the show from their very own picnic blankets, tucking into their scrumptious food whilst watching this delectable adaptation of Emily Brontë’s elemental masterpiece.
Actor Nim McQuin (playing the role of Cathy), says;
“When else do you get the Yorkshire moors brought to your doorstep? It’s a great opportunity to get out in the gorgeous open air spaces and simultaneously feel them transformed into something completely different!”
With live original music, a hauntingly captivating play, and picnics in tow, “this piece of theatre is powerful, wild and not to be missed.”(Sophie Powell- Actor)
SISATA will be touring this fast-paced outdoor production of Wuthering Heights to venues across Dorset and the UK this summer. All dates and venues can be found on the SISATA home page: https://sisata.co.uk/.
