DESCRIPTION:A fundraising concert for Ukraine featuring Celebrity Organist Thomas Trotter (Birmingham City Organist) and Guests: David Briggs (Organist\, St John the Divine\, NYC)\, Keith Hearnshaw (Concert Organist)\, Jonathan Hope (Organist\, Gloucester Cathedral)\, Duncan Honeybourne (Concert Pianist) and Rex Wickham (Treble). \nThe concert has been organised to raise money for the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) and its response to the Russian invasion. Everyone involved\, including all of the performers\, are giving their services without charge so 100% of funds raised will go to the appeal. WeGotTickets will also be donating 20% of the Booking Fee to the DEC. \nPlease come along and support this important cause.

SUMMARY:Craft Fair & Afternoon Teas for all the family at Sixpenny Handley Village Hall on Saturday 28 May
DESCRIPTION:Come and join us at our inaugural Craft Fair with Afternoon Tea at Sixpenny Handley Village Hall from 11.00 am to 2.00 pm on Saturday 28 May. \nThere will be various arts\, crafts and homemade produce stalls\, including wax melts\, jewellery\, bags\, cards and many more. There will also be a spinning demonstration by our resident village crafter where you can learn how to spin simply using a stick! Children and adults will also have a chance to have a go at using a spindle. \nTo accompany your cup of tea or coffee\, there will be bacon rolls (for early birds)\, sandwiches\, scones with jam and cream (or cream and jam if you prefer!) plus an array of delicious homemade cakes. \nWe are a friendly bunch of volunteers who are running this free event for all the family to raise funds for our village hall. So\, if you’re looking for something to do for a couple of hours on 28 May come along and join in the fun; we look forward to welcoming you to our hall. There’s plenty of parking and we are keeping our fingers crossed that the sun will shine so that you can enjoy your tea outside. \nWe will be running these events monthly during the summer so if you are interested in having a table at a future event\, please do get in touch. The next event is planned for Saturday 25 June.
