DESCRIPTION:You are invited to join the Blackmore Vale Partnership for a celebration of carers. We want to say a big thank you for all that you do! \nPlease come along to our afternoon Tea and board games lunch.\n\nWe will have a selection of sandwiches\, sides and delicious desserts. Tea\, coffee and hot chocolate\, Plus lots of board games to play whilst you eat.\n\nWe will also have a variety of local organisations available for an informal chat to gain information and resources about your caring role.\n\nPlus\, a mini health check with a member of our nursing team\n\nPlease feel free to bring along your cared for person\, a loved one or friend.\nWe would love to see you all!
